SolvX Tech & Trade Inc. is committed to protecting the privacy of every individual and organization that engages with us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information in compliance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable Nova Scotia privacy legislation.


SECTION 1 — INFORMATION WE COLLECT SolvX collects only the information necessary to process your inquiry, respond to your RFQ, and comply with applicable Canadian law. This includes: your name and title, your organization name and jurisdiction, your contact details (email, phone), your program or procurement requirements, and any compliance or export information you provide in connection with a transaction.

SECTION 2 — HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION Your information is used solely to respond to your inquiry, process your order, conduct required compliance screening (KYC, export controls, sanctions checks), issue quotations and Order Confirmations, and communicate with you about your engagement. We do not use your information for marketing purposes without your consent.

SECTION 3 — INFORMATION WE DO NOT SHARE SolvX does not sell, license, rent, or share your personal or organizational information with any third party except: our qualified suppliers and logistics partners to the extent necessary to fulfill your order, regulatory authorities where required by Canadian law (including FINTRAC), and legal counsel in connection with a dispute or compliance matter. We do not share client identities, program details, or sourcing arrangements with any other party without your explicit written consent.

SECTION 4 — DATA SECURITY SolvX maintains appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure. All electronic communications containing sensitive commercial information are transmitted over encrypted connections. Physical records are secured appropriately.

SECTION 5 — DATA RETENTION SolvX retains client records, transaction records, and compliance documentation for a minimum of seven (7) years in accordance with Canadian legal requirements. Records are securely destroyed after the applicable retention period.

SECTION 6 — YOUR RIGHTS You have the right to access the personal information SolvX holds about you, request corrections to inaccurate information, and withdraw consent for non-essential communications at any time. To exercise these rights, contact: support@solvx.ca.

SECTION 7 — COOKIES SolvX's website uses essential cookies only to ensure the website functions correctly. We do not use advertising, tracking, or third-party analytics cookies.
